Dr. Justin D’Arienzo is our Board-Certified Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. Recently, Local Jacksonville news stations have featured Dr. D’Arienzo to weigh in on the Tristyn Bailey case. Tristyn Bailey was a 13-year old girl from Jacksonville, Florida that was tragically stabbed to death by a 14-year old boy. Dr. D’Arienzo gives an expert opinion as an forensic professional that is unaffiliated with the case.

In October 2020, Vic Micolucci with News4Jax interviewed Dr. D’Arienzo and discussed filicide and a local case related to a mother who allegedly killed her three-year-old son and then tried to take her own life. Dr. D’Arienzo discusses the greatest risk factors for committing fillicide. These risk factors include psychosis, maltreatment, altruistic filicide, unwanted child fillicide, and spousal revenge fillicide.

On November 1, 2019, Dr. D’Arienzo spoke to the 400 male high school students at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida. The topic was mental health and how to talk to a friend that is experiencing psychological problems.
