• Death of prior spouse. If you or your spouse is a widow/widower, you must present the death date of your prior spouse.
• Payment. At the end of your appointment, your marriage license will cost $56.00. However, if you have completed Dr. D’Arienzo’s Georgia Online Premarital Education Course, the cost of your license will decrease drastically to only $16.00.
