No. One payment allows both of you to use the course. If your fiancé is in a different location from you, you can give them the entry code once you receive it from us. Payment is accepted online through our website, or you may call our office during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, EST) and pay by credit card.
I want to pay for the course online but what if I don’t have a PayPal account?
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase the course through our website. You would need to fill out all of your payment information where it says “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later.” See photo below:
I purchased the course a few hours ago but I never received the password. What should I do?
You should receive 2 automatic emails immediately after purchasing the course. One email is a receipt from PayPal and the other is from our office with instructions on how to access the course and your password. If you did not receive any emails, then you may have provided an inaccurate email address when purchasing and will need to notify our office during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, EST) so we can send it to the correct email. If you received the receipt from PayPal ONLY, that means the second email was forwarded to your Spam or Junk folder. Please check those folders to obtain the email with instructions. If you still can’t find it, please contact our office during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, EST) for assistance.
Can I get a refund?
Please note that payment for any of our online courses is non-refundable unless you accidentally purchase the same course more than once.

How long does the course take?
Florida statutes require that you spend a minimum of four (4) hours on the premarital course. Every premarital course offered anywhere in Florida will require the same four hour minimum. The course material should take approximately two hours to read through. The rest of the time should be spent completing the activities together.
Georgia law requires that you spend a minimum of six (6) hours on the premarital course. The Georgia premarital counseling course is structured to be completed with the exercises, which takes at least 4-6 hours if completed as instructed. Please follow the Georgia statute by spending at least 6 hours on the course.
Oklahoma law requires that you spend a minimum of four (4) hours on the premarital course. The Oklahoma premarital counseling course is structured to be completed with the exercises, which takes at least 4-6 hours if completed as instructed. Please follow the Oklahoma statute by spending at least 4 hours on the course.
Tennessee law requires that you spend a minimum of four (4) hours on the premarital course. The Tennessee premarital counseling course is structured to be completed with the exercises, which takes at least 4-6 hours if completed as instructed. Please follow the Tennessee statute by spending at least 4 hours on the course.
Texas law requires that you spend a minimum of eight (8) hours on the Texas premarital course. The Texas premarital counseling course, TwogetherinTexas, is structured to be completed with the included exercises, which takes about 8 hours if completed as instructed. Please follow the Texas statute by spending 8 hours on our Texas course.
What if we finish the course in less than my state’s required hours?
Each premarital course is structured to take the required amount of hours to complete, including all of the activities and exercises. In the event you complete the course in less than the required time, please re-review the materials that were most significant to you and your relationship. Again, Florida/Georgia/Texas law requires that you spend 4/6/8 hours on the course – these are not our rules and all approved providers must adhere.
Does the course have to be completed in one sitting?
No. The course is self-paced so you can log in and log out at your convenience. There is no timer function on our website so just make sure to track your own time and spend the required hours working on the course materials.
Do we both have to work on the course online at the same time, or can we work on it separately at different times?
Participants taking the FLORIDA premarital course: We understand that some couples live far away from one another or may have conflicting work/school schedules that make it difficult for both parties to sit down and work on the course together. You may take the course at your own pace (separately OR together). You only need to submit the final quiz once and should do so after you both have finished working on the course.
Participants taking the GEORGIA, OKLAHOMA, TENNESSEE or TEXAS premarital course: The law requires that you both take the course together.
How do I know if you are an approved provider of this course in my Florida county?
The counties listed on my website are the counties in which I am registered. If you are still unsure, you may call the Clerk of Court where you intend to obtain a marriage license to verify. I would be listed under “Dr. Justin D’Arienzo” or “D’Arienzo Psychological Group”. Please keep in mind that if you call the Clerk’s office and they cannot find me listed as an authorized provider, it is because the office is not looking it up correctly or not checking properly. I have verification from all of the counties that I received approval from in my office, so there will be no issues when you go to obtain your marriage license. Also of note, please do not rely on the Clerk of Courts website, as those websites are not updated regularly.
Is an online course accepted in Florida/Georgia/Oklahoma/Tennessee/Texas?
Yes, if it is done by an authorized provider and meets the requirements of the law.
My fiancé took the Keirsey Personality Test, but when I click on the link from the course it keeps bringing me back to the results of their test. How can I take the test too?
You have 2 options:
1.) When you click on the link from our course after someone has already completed the personality test, it will probably bring you to the test taker’s KTS-II History. On that page there is an option to “Retake the KTS-II” which is located right above the gray summary box. Clicking this option will allow the next person to take the test as well.
2.) Take the test using different internet browsers: If one person takes the test using Internet Explorer, the next can take the test using Chrome, Firefox, Safari or browser of choice. If using the same browser, go into browser settings and delete cookies after the first person takes their test. Click here to learn more about deleting cookies.
