General Court Martial and Forensic Psychologist Expert 

I had the pleasure of again serving as a defense expert for two General Court Martials this year (2020), one at NAS Mayport and one at NAS Jacksonville. Both cases involved member selection (jury selection), case and trial consultation, and testimony involving memory, counterintuitive behavior, rates of false allegations, personality disorders, and pathways and motivations for false allegations of sexual assault and sex abuse. Both defendants were found not guilty on all counts. Both defendants were facing upwards of 30 years in prison and loss of rank and retirement.

I have worked for both the prosecution and the defense on cases in the past, and invite the opportunity to assist you in your case as a Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence Expert, Forensic Psychologist, and Board Certified Clinical Psychologist.
